Pfeiffer Appraisal Service, LLC was established in 2005 and is comprised of Adam Pfeiffer (Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Manager) & Gary Pfeiffer (Certified General Real Estate Appraiser). We are located in northwestern Ohio, but we have appraised property throughout northern Ohio.  It is our vision to provide appraisal services in an unbiased and impartial manner for a reasonable fee to our clients in northern Ohio.  We strive for excellence and accuracy in our appraisal services and we are constantly in pursuit of the most current market data and market trends.  We believe that we achieve the excellence and accuracy we strive to obtain by continually speaking with local farmers, agricultural auctioneers, agricultural lenders, and other agricultural appraisers.
