The majority of our business focuses on the valuation of agricultural properties in Northern Ohio.  We provide USPAP compliant appraisal reports to lenders for ag lending purposes, to attorneys for estate planning/taxation/etc. , property owners interested in selling land, and potential buyers interested in a property for sale.
